I like Rexburg housing and how it provides a cheap living space for me while I attend BYU-I
Somerset is one of the best places that I have ever lived at! I don’t tend to stay in one place for very long, and so I have had the opportunity to live in multiple apartments. The price that they charge is fair for the apartment that you get. The management here is simply amazing! Lelsy is always striving to do her best and more for the residents here. Maintenance can be slow at times, but where is that not an issue? They definitely care for their current residents, while simultaneously trying to obtain new ones, which I fi... read more
Rexburg housing is a great place to live. Its near some parks and has plenty of space to have fun outside. Management takes care of you and they are quick to respond. Im in Georgetown and love it here.
They charge 25 dollars to renew your contract. That's enough said really, but I also had to pay my full rent more than thirty days before actually living there or I'd be forced to pay another fee for the privilege of paying the day I move in. Their excuse was that they don't have background checks but shelborne, American avenue, the towers, and the Ivy are all way nicer and didn't have background checks or make me pay in advance. Oh you also pay for utilities. Rockland specific management was nice though. So he gets a star. ... read more
Welcome to Rexburg Housing, where you'll be bullied and harassed by management at every corner. You have a disability? You have a dog to help that disability? Prepare to get harassed about that dog on a weekly basis by the management. Oh and don't forget the surprise "cleaning" charges they'll send you after you move out. Guess what? I'm not paying it because the dog never did anything wrong. Get a better legal team that is knowledgeable about ADA and Fair Housing laws before you're sued out of business.
It depends on where you live. I'd give Birchwood a 1 on the rating scale and Brookside Village was definitely a 4! Moral of the story - you are seeking Rexburg Housing where they live up to their end of the contract - sign with Brookside Village. ♡ them!
This place is the definition of extortion. Do yourself a favor and read how many of these reviews include hidden fees and nickle and diming college students. I was gifted a fully paid contract for the last two weeks of school when a friend decided to go home RH made me pay $250 of "handling fees" just to transfer it. Then I received a myriad of threats including having my belongings "thrown out" barely 10 hours after finishing my last final exam. Yet, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the refundable portion of my deposit. ... read more
I've really enjoyed my experience here at autumn winds. It has a really great location; it is pretty much right across the street from campus. I've enjoyed having a private room. It makes studying so much easier and sharing a bathroom with only one other person is so nice. The ward is really nice. It's really easy to make friends. Oh and the manager Madi Wright is really kind an accommodating.
Rexburg Housing has a 3.7 star rating with 92 reviews.
