Coronavirus according to these guys is not an unforeseen event for people to get out of their contracts, even though their contracts have a clause for such events. they dont care about anyone or anything except their pockets. they are everything wrong with landlords today.
They do not care for you!
Honestly they are the worst. Never there, not helpful.
I spent 2 semesters at Rockland, and it was dope as ropes. There were some problems, but for the price it was thriftier than the boy scouts. The best was Emily, the manager there. She is super nice, and has a super awesome puppy who gives good kisses (the dog). Normally I feel like the landlord is on the other team and I am constantly fighting them, but I felt like Emily was on my side my entire stay there trying to help me out. A+ fo sure
I have lived at Birch plaza, within Rexburg Housing all 4 years, and i have loved it. The ward and roommates are amazing! Every semester I tell myself, "Nothing can get better than these roommates." However, they are just as good, if not better. Cody, our maintenance guy is super friendly, knows what he is doing and gets your work orders done quickly.
I am very happy here in the Somerset Apartments. The Somerset Apartments have a wholesome feeling that is a place where everyone is helping one another. I have never been so comfortable in an apartment complex than this one. The manager, Melissa Skouson, is always available to making all residents feel welcomed in their living environments. I am very happy with the Somerset Apartments.
I live at Rockland. It’s super good, close to campus and affordable, not to mention close to good food. Recommend if you just need a easy apartment with good people.
This is my first semester at Autumn Winds. There’s a parking spot for every attendant. This is nice because I know there will always be a place for me to park in the parking lot. The apartment is nice. It is a convenient distance from campus. Each room in the apartment has its own thermostat. This includes bedrooms which I find to be great as I can set the temperature in my room to however hot or cold I would like it to be to best comfort me. This is my first semester living here at Autumn Winds and I love it! The newly renovated apartments are great! Clean, updated and have laundry in the unit. Not to mention the management is super nice and helpful!
