with the worldwide pandemic occuring they are being completely hard to work with and not responding to students questions and are not working in good faith to come up with a reasonable solution for dealing with housing contracts.
This company doesn't care about the safety of students. They will not work with you.
Did not work with students AT ALL with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Gave outrageous and expensive options to college students who already have no money and have almost all gotten laid off due to the pandemic. Ridiculous

All they care about is getting their money from you! No up keep to the apartments and complaints are brushed aside. DO NOT recommend!
I used to love renting with Rexburg Housing but in trying to cancel my contract due to the worldwide pandemic, I have contacted them several times without even the courtesy of receiving a response. Okay properties, most of them overpriced for what you get, and overall low quality customer service.
The most difficult and unreasonable Management I have EVER dealt with.
