I recently had a new unit installed. Alvin was early for the scheduled appt. The team removed the old unit and installed all new equipment in less than 4 hours. Extremely competent, courteous and friendly. No mess, no leftover packing material and they even moved the boat trailer for me. Could not ask for better service. Very happy to use local business. I have a service agreement with Rex Air that is very satisfactory. My air conditioning stopped working on Wed., technician here Thursday, I needed new air handler and condenser (I had been warned I had an old unit, and this was coming), Shane and I talked about all my options, I signed the contract, and today is Friday and Shane and Vincent are installing as I speak!!
