We've had a service agreement for a number of years. We rarely have any problem as we have maintenance every six months. Nick is knowledgeable, efficient and also very personable.
I called Rex Air about 9:00am and by 10 Richard was here looking at my 10yr old+ air conditioner. By 3:00not only was it installed but outside was all cleaned up. All three (Richard and installers) were friendly, polite and efficient. I felt like they were part of my family. I would recommend them anytime. Elaine
