Albert and Jonathon arrived promptly at 8am. Both so pleasant and went right to work. I have a real small area to install the A/C so it took some planning. They were great at offering options and before long were underway. Very neat installation with no mess at all left behind. Four hours later, the installation was complete. Albert and Jonathon are great employees, polite, professional and good at what they do. Thanks for a wonderful installation.
Don't limit me to just 5 stars....they deserve 100! We've always used Rex..never been disappointed Irma trashed our AC, Rex got us a new one, at a great price...immediately Kept us informed, and Jonathan and Alvin are the greatest....Jonathan grew up doing this, there's no surprises for him
Very responsive even though they were handicapped with the storm they still tried their best to get us up and going technician was very professional and courteous good personality and would recommend their services!

Hi... I called RexAir after another company told me me unit was a goner...Mike showed up when he said he would and got straight to work with the diag process ... not only was the unit able to be repaired but it was done quicker AND less expensively than i had prepared myself to spend . Mike was very professional and didn't stop working away till she was up and running again and I was happy ..truely refreshing in today's world ...Thanks Rex Air and Mike !! you guys are the best !
