Called Friday morning (a/c wasn't cooling). Same day by the afternoon Mike was at the house. After spending a good hour, told us our 12 year old unit would not live much longer. We ordered a new unit. Tuesday at 1 pm the new a/c arrived as promised. Jonathon and Alvin installed it and made our home "cool" again. We had Rex Air scheduled for an 8 am installation of a new unit as the old one was dying. Jonathon and Alvin showed up one minute early much to my delight. They were extremely courteous and friendly and had the job finished hours sooner than anticipated. Not one bit of a mess was left to clean up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
A little over a week ago I noticed that my AC was not cooling as it should and certainly would need some help before the summer season arrived. On Thursday I call 3 different AC contractors. The following Monday, as none of these had even answered my calls, I turned to Yelp. Rex came up with high marks so I made the call. Very professional, quick response for service and kept me informed on when they would show up. Tech were very knowledgeable and worked through a tuff problem with an ice maker. I would recommend REX Air.
I have a service contract with Rex Air & They keep my air conditioner running smooth. They supply me with filters & last week they did a 6 month check up. Gave me a great tip -- spray your air freshener at the intake & it spreads it through your whole house
