Our tenant discovered a leak in the air conditioning unit. He called Rex Air. They called me immediately for authorization and dispatched a team to address the problem. The leak was fixed, the AC was back up and running within an hour and a half and what could have been a major disaster was averted. Years ago Rex Air came to us highly recommended by a mutual friend. We, in turn, highly recommend them. Their service is consistently outstanding.

Fast, friendly and efficient! Nick is awesome! My AC went out last Saturday night, so I called Rex Air Sunday morning and within an hour, their technician Nick showed up. He was able to get my air back up and running in 15 minutes. I also purchased their annual service plan and Nick came out today for the first visit. Very happy with the service !
Called for service on Monday morning and Mike was at the house a couple of hours later. He charged the system, discovered a small leak and explained the options and related costs; very professional. Very good communication with the office Staff.
