We are so pleased with Rex Air. Each time a serviceman comes, they are so polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Today Shane came for our 6 month tune up of our AC. He always explains everything he is doing. We would recommend Rex very highly without hesitation. Call them first, you will be happy you did.

I have a service agreement with Rex Air and they do a terrific job in keeping my 5 AC units working and in good condition. Recently one of the units malfunctioned and after a call the office at Rex Air dispatched Rich and Shane who rapidly diagnosed the problem and got my unit quickly back up to speed. After discovering my AC was frozen and leaking , I called Mary at Rex Air on Saturday. Within an hour, Rich was at my door and quickly assessed the problem. He had my unit up and running within a short period of time. He followed up with me on Monday to make sure all was working properly. I highly recommend using Rex Air. They are dependable, trustworthy and professional. Thank you Rich for a great job and Mary for making sure I was taken care of.
