Nick C and Shane M were amazing they were on time they were efficient they were clean they were very very polite I couldn't of asked for better service
George and Vincent (REX AIR) came to my house and replaced a 16 ft air-condition duct. Work was excellent and clean. I would recommend them very highly.

Been using Rex Air for many, many year. Many of my friends use Rex because of me telling them how happy I have been with there work.
To start I love the fact I received an e-mail introducing the repairman by name and picture...so you know who is to show up...Michael called ahead and said they were on the way. Michael was here the day before to diagnose the problem and gave us some options to repair the problem. When they showed up (on time) the next day we told them the route we decided to go and they went straight to work. Michael and Vincent are very polite and efficient! Nice friendly service, very customer orientated. They arrived when they said they would which is a huge plus in the Keys.I would feel very happy recommending Vincent and Mike to anyone need AC work done, they kept everything clean as they worked and gave many useful suggestions on efficient running of ACs. I would certainly use them again in the future. Thank you Rex Air for all your help.
