We have had two problems with different units in the past week . Rick arrived within an hour of our call. The service was excellent, price was right, and we appreciate all at Rex Air. Have been a customer for over ten years and have no intention of changing.

They are the best. Best quote over the phone. They were very booked, but had a cancellation and came right over and they met the quote!!! Highly recommend.
Rex and Scott were very helpful with diagnosing the problem and giving me options. The company was prompt on executing the order for new equipment with quality and efficiency to implement a great solution. The crew arrived exactly on time and on the best day that fit my schedule. Johnathan and Alvin, the technicians, were great. They worked steadily and focused. They were very cooperative and helpful on all aspects of the project. It was a great job Well Done!
