We have had an issue with our Andersen French doors dead bolt lock. The technician /service man **** **** arrived promptly within the designated time window and fixed the troublesome locking mechanism. It is working better now than when it was installed. Installers were prompt and efficient. Don’t remember the first ones but ****** did an excellent job today. He even cleaned trash that had been left by the first crew. My issues with Anderson: I feel like they’ve grown bigger than their ability to communicate properly. Installers didn’t know what I had discussed with representatives, who assured me that homeowners assn. requirements were on my record. Unfortunately they never communicated these to the installers.
