The technician, ******** ******, expertly fixed the window and also fine-tuned an additional window. He was efficient, kept the house clean, and gave helpful tips for maintaining the windows into the future. Great work!
Great follow up service for a lock repair. We had 18 windows replaced there work was clean and very efficient. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. You get what you pay for ????
**** *** **** came out to adjust my patio doors. He provided excellent service. He called with an estimate of his arrival time and showed up in a very professional manner. He fixed my issue quickly, gave me some additional tips, and made sure I was able to comfortably operate my doors several times before leaving. Wonderful experience. Meeting with salesperson ***** was a little lengthy but good and very pleasant. Site measurements were prompt and to the point. Installation crew was absolutely fantastic, very courteous, knowledgeable, super clean and efficient. Sliding door looks great. Awesome experience. Would replace all our windows if it werent for the price.

I got two patio doors last August. One of the doors was not shutting as tight as the other one. Also, I wanted to be able to use a key to enter each door in case something happened to my main/front door. They came out and fixed the door, and told me that they can order a new door/handle/lock for both doors. They were efficient & polite.

We used this company to replace over 26 windows and paid over $45,000 in November. As of today 4/13/2021 our windows are still not correct, not working, scratched, etc. I’ve filled out numerous surveys, spoke to numerous customer service reps and not a thing has been done to rectify our issues. They have been to my house over 6 times for replace the brand new windows and the new windows are still damaged. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by their customer service.
