Very professional; arrived on time; explained all options; not "pushy" about making a sale
We are very pleased with our new windows and were impressed by the professionalism and hard work on the part of the crew. I had discussed some fine details with original estimator and repeated what I wanted to project manager and work crew but a few pieces of wood trim I wanted saved were thrown out and I did not get a clear explanation why I could not use plantation shades for two windows until a week later when workers came by to complete the job. Very professional although I was told they would be done in 2 days they weren't but the quality of the work was great.
