Joshua came to install child-proof hardware for our new set of Anderson windows. Fast / easy and everything works right.
Very efficient and pleasant workers. Cleaned up after each day. Would recommend them to anyone getting new windows. They also enlarged 2 windows and made a large patio door smaller. Work and windows look really nice
Great customer service by Andersen! The people I have met (sales and window tech) have been punctual and courteous, and very informational. It's been a very easy and pain free process thus far, not pushy at all. I am looking forward to the final install. If all goes well, I'll definitely be giving more business their way.
Service call to fix a faulty lockbar was fast and went smoothy. Casey was courteous, explained the work he did, and made sure everything was fixed properly.
I have used Renewal three times all with very positive results. Recently I returned from many months away and found I could not lock one of my bathroom sliding windows. Renewal responded very quickly. The tech deftly explained that the "problem" was not an installation or production error but rather I had not fully closed andlocked sliding widow so that when I returned after several months the weather stripping conformed to the new position because of the heat. We are 100% satisfied with the windows and sliding doors from Renewal by Anderson. We've had a noise when opening a sliding door that has been going on for some time. It didn't really bother us, but we finally decided to call RbA for service and have it taken care of. The technician called 15-20 minutes before he arrived and was well within the allotted schedule set up when I first called. The technician was polite and took the time to solve the problem.
