So far we have had a great experience with Renewal. After an exhaustive review of all the windows on the market, it seemed clear to us that these are the best windows. **** did a great job of educating us on our options and helped us get all the windows we needed within our budget. Cant wait to have these windows installed!
Front window of home was replaced Due to a call back. There was a defect in the window. Since that time I have been having problems with drafts and the room is very cold. Outstanding!! Not enough stars to bestow on this level of service. The two technicians did their job quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable and polite. They even went back to check on a sticky window to make sure it locked smoothly.
Excellent product, great support and warranty. Process is easy from beginning to end.
