I was expecting the design consultant would spend amax 30min. ***** spent a lot of time explaining the products offered in the market and how Renewal by Andersen is different from other companies, and this was totallyunexpected.***** asked about the current problems with windows and sliding doors. Theyve rebuilt their service desk in the last 2 years. They did it right. I gave them a 1 star in 2017 when they installed 8 big custom windows. Major problems. Took years to fix what I thought was obvious. New crew, new process, new commitment makes me give them five stars for the fix they did for 4 windows that were damaged by a BB gun. Well done guys. You won me back.
