I worried when one of our Andersen windows got stuck, but Andersen's support was superb. With the 10-year warranty still in effect (8 years in!) they came and fixed it for free in five minutes. Courteous, efficient, reliable. A huge relief.In fact, we've installed many new Andersen windows in our century-old house in San Francisco, and although they're pricey, you get what you pay for. Do you really want me to leave a review? Over a year and a half later they are still ordering parts to try and fix what has been broken or wrong from day one. Its hard for me to say but if your looking for a door or window try homedepot or lowes. The service techs are very polite but the quality of the material is trash. Lets hope my next appointment that I probably cant get for 5 months will fix it

I have Renewal by Andersen windows for about 8 years. I highly recommend them. We had to repair ********** and fix the locks on two of them. Our repairman ************************* was on time, pleasant, and he was very efficient. We are very happy we chose this window company!
I needed repair work and the service fellow, ********, was extremely nice, efficient and professional. He replaced and repaired everything within an hours time! I would use them again.
This whole process was better than I imagined it would be. Seven windows, including a picture window and I was amazed at the speed and accuracy and cleanliness of the installers.
**** was incredibly efficient, friendly and courteous. He repaired every door in myhouse including one that I didn't even think had an issue. He is an excellent technician for Andersen.
