As we have worked with Renewal By Andersen before and liked their product and the finished product, we decided to go with them again as they are thorough and provide all pertinent information in every aspect of the job as it moves along. We have been slowly replacing all of our windows with Andersen windows. It was important to us to retain the shutters on our 6 bedroom windows. ******* ******* and team worked vary hard to do a great job on window installation and I had 6 windows. Answered my questions made me feel comfortable put plastic on all work areas and cleaned up any debris from inside and outside. Windows look beautiful we are very satisfied.
We had Renewal by Andersen come into our home in April 2018 to install windows, unfortunately they drop the ball and left the job incomplete. We have made numerous calls for someone to give us a status update on our front door window with no success. It is now September 2018 and we are still left with an incomplete job. We still have to finish our upstairs and patio doors but more than likely will not use Renewal by Andersen
