Excellently engineered windows installed by an organization (RbA) owned by the company (Andersen) that makes the windows (thereby ensuring that the windows' installation doesn't damage the integrity or lifetime usage of the windows (NOTE: RbA only does replacement of residential windows and sliding doors -- a permit is generated along with the work.) Renewal by Anderson handled a couple of minor window repair issues that were covered by warranty as smooth as could be, from my initial call to set up an appointment to the repairman arriving at our house right on time. Our repairman, ****, was friendly and professional, worked quickly to correct the problems, and gave me a tip for ongoing maintenance. Everything went as promised and we feel we got excellent service.
Their door-to-door salesman arrived just before dusk and ignored our clearly posted "no solicitation" door sign and knocked anyway. (surely they are trained by "Renewal by Andersen" to do this since unfortunately its not against the law in our city) When this issue was brought up the salesman rudely mouthed off to me and started acting shifty (casing my house?) instead of just leaving. Did a very good job explains the whole process. They took care and we're very clean
Unethical sales practices. The quote they give you is only good if you sign on the spot. If you don't sign up when the sales person is there the price goes up. This kind of high pressure sales practice should be illegal. Completely disgusted!

I have used the company to replace all the windows in my house and recommend this company to all my friend and co-workings. Recently I had some warranty work done ****** came out to help he was very erfficient and cleaned up. He explained everhing he was doing and what the next steps were.
