We can not speak highly enough of Renewal by Andersen, of San Francisco. All our doors and windows, have, over the years, been replaced by Andersen. Last night there was a little breeze, so my husband opened some windows. When we wanted to close them, one refused to close! No youtube video in the world would help. We called Andersen this morning. Casey came out to install a screen door for sliding glass door and called ahead to confirm he was on the way. Prompt, on time, courteous and explained how the weatherstripping works and condensation issues. Gave me a pamphlet on this. Great customer service ;( thanks Casey!

Joshua was very professional, courteous, and know exactly how to fix a sliding patio door that wasn't closing properly. He explained what was to be fixed and within 20 minutes was finished and the door works as designed. It was very easy to place a repair order and get an appointment. As indicated, Joshua called to inform us of his arrival and arrived on time. A very positive experience.
