One of the windows I ordered from Renewal by Anderson turned out to have an unexpected size, that I noticed after installation. When I called Renewal, **** *********,an installation manager, came out immediately to assess my concern. He was fabulous- recognizing how the result had occurred. WE had 10 new Renewal by Anderson windows installed, and are very happy with the results. ***** also came to help us with our french door, and installed screens. He was courteous and knowledgeable. All of the crew were courteous and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the work performed by both of the window and door specialists.
***** called ahead to let us know he was on time. He was pleasant and polite and was quick to solve our window problem. Asked if there was anything else he could help us with and wished us a happy holiday. He is a great representative for Renewal by Anderson.
On time for service appointment. Took the time understand our concerns. Technician very understanding and agreed with our diagnosis and we agreed upon a resolution which was most satisfactory.
