I was impressed with the appointment times available for video chat, and the nurse practitioner I spoke to was very helpful and made it feel personal. My video call did get dropped a couple times but we were able to work it out. Over all I would use again and again!!

The pair were each polite, professional, and super efficient. Maybe it's because I was in the comfort of my own home, but the visit felt quick, informative, and gave me a ton of confidence about next steps to recover from this illness! Remedy is my new go-to!
RecommendedI was at the Remedy Urgent care in Austin, Texas last week. I was actually out of town, thousands of miles away from anyone I knew and I became very ill.
