Reliable's technician Henry Lawrence was a super representative for Reliable and conducted himself professionally but was also very ambiable - he explained everything he was going to do, did it expeditiously and made sure after service that I was aware of what he had done and provided solid advice for keeping my HVAC in great order.

I've now used Reliable Heating and Air for a plumbing issue AND an electrical one. I had sticker shock both times, but I've never had to do the sort of thing they did for me. Once I did some research, I realized they were right in line with everyone else, so I'm happy. My plumber was Anthony Forman and the electricians were Ricky J and James S. We needed help with our electrical system. Wesley from Reliable arrived and quickly fixed one problem and found the second. He very precisely replaced an in floor outlet and helped us to arrange the cords so that the cords would not get damaged. We are indeed grateful for his care and expertise in working with us. PS: He is a good teacher

I had Reliable come out and clean out my air ducts and they came out in a timely manner, worked hard to get everything clean, and even cleaned up the carpet more than they had messed it up! They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. They use the professional, commercial grade vacuum that cleans out the ducts better than other systems.

Reliable performed my furnace tune-up today. So far, so good. Henry Lawrence was our tech and was thorough, professional and very friendly. He explained what he was doing as well as provided advice and options. I would use Reliable again and will ask for Henry to perform the work.
