The installers, Oniel and Roberto, were very professional and courteous. They explained everything and demonstrated what they were doing. They were very neat and clean - no mess left behind - actually cleaner than when they arrived!

I have used Reliable for electrical work in the past and decided to use them to improve my attic insulation. They suggested a comprehensive solution to seal the attic off from the rest of the house and to improve the air circulation through the soffit vents. They sent two installers--Blain and Josh--that worked all day in the attic with 135 degree heat. They did an awesome job.

I recently had a complete HVAC installed and very happy with the salesperson Tim , and both installers Oneil and Roberto. All three were extremely helpful and professional. It took me two weeks doing a lot of researching and trying to find a company that I felt comfortable with. Tim was great he made me feel comfortable knowing everything was in writing. Thanks Cain for all your great work on replacing the water faucets. Your work was very thorough to make sure there are no more leaks throughout the entire house. Great service for reasonable prices. They also don't push to do more than what is needed at the time. I've dealt with Reliable a few times now and everyone has been so friendly and understanding.

My AC wasn't working. Reliable's service man took pictures and thoroughly explained what was wrong so I could trust what he was saying and why I needed to replace it. There was a cancellation today and my new unit was installed earlier than expected. Gary Carter and Mark Chappell were professional and efficient and my home is cool now. Thank you!

Trent Jackson and Brent Dean just installed 2 ac units for us. They were the most knowledgeable and competent individuals I have ever seen. They were so polite, kind and honest. They kept us informed about everything they were doing and left absolutely no mess after themselves. They were so easy to work with and it was our pleasure having them work for us. Pllease ask for them on any installation you have to do.

Fantastic service! Roy came out on a Sunday late at night to fix a main line that got plowed into by a car! No extra charge for coming at such a horrible hour. 30 minutes later, we had water. Roy even answered a few more questions about the plumbing in my house and even helped me locate the stop valve for a faucet that I could not find for the life of me since I bought this house! Absolutely would use them again.

I had an issue with attic vent from previous company. They didn't know when they could get around to fixing problem. I called Reliable Heating and air. They were there the next day to troubleshooting AND replace unit. They even went as far as to explain what they did and how it was installed. And installed correctly. They are at the top of my list in customer service. Thanks guys. You made my day.
