It was time for the annual check-up of our two AC/Furnace systems. The Reliable tech making the call this year was Kenneth Lee. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as all Reliable staff have been over the years. He did a very thorough job inspecting, cleaning and testing our systems. No major issues were found. When it comes time to replace our aging lower unit, we'll call Reliable. Thanks.

I had an emmergency repair and they came within 3 hours of me calling them on the same day. My technician (Quincy) quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I absolutely will use them again.

Had our regular service check on our AC system. Our technician, was friendly, quick and knowledgable. Their prices were competitive to other companies. I will definitely use them again, technician was very thorough!

I wanted to thank both Nick, Sales Rep and Jason Thomason, Technician and his assistant Jason for great service. My A/C finally broke down during the heatwave in July. I am a repeat customer having purchased a furnace a couple of years ago. Since I had a previous estimate earlier this year, within 2 hours of my 1st call Nick set me up with window units until the job was completed 2 days later. I could not have asked for faster service and experienced technicians.

I have used Reliable Heating and Air for several years now. They are honest, ethical and very competent. Lawrence Overstreet just finished the semi-annual inspection and tune-up on our 3 dual fuel systems. He was very conscientious about making sure I understood what he was doing. He did a great job and also gave me some tips on some very easy things I could do to help maintain the systems. I would recommend Reliable Heating and Air as an HVAC provider. We received a very thorough service today on all our 3 units - best we have had to date! Our technician was Deon and he not only spent the time to do a great job, he was also very courteous and friendly not only to me, but also my daughter.....and our 11 yr old dog :) Thank you! TAW

We have used Reliable twice for electrical service. First, we needed a dedicated 120 outlet with a 20amp breaker installed. Our electrician, Andrew, explained what was needed and gave us the best economical solution. Andrew is an easy going, kind, and thoughtful person and I felt immediately comfortable with him. Once we agreed on the work, he promptly showed the next day at our agreed time and completed the job as asked and on budget.
