At 5:30 pm on a Friday, I told the dispatcher that I had an interment problem with my furnace. I said it is not an emergency as I had a work-around to keep it going. At 9:30 the next morning Chris Hamrick called and said he was on the way. Found and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Great job and nice tech.

I needed to have my dryer vent relocated so I called Reliable. Belter & Dustin where the ones to come out to the house. They we both professional, friendly and polite. Once they were complete with the job they made sure that the work area was clean and back in order.

I needed to get one AC unit replaced and the day that Tim comes to give me a quote my furnace on another unit goes out. (What is that saying about when it rains it pours). I had a Reliable tech coming out to repair the furnace while Tim was providing the quote so I asked him to add replacing that system to the quote. We've used Reliable for HVAC for years, and they've always done a great job. This was my first time using them for plumbing, and I wasn't disappointed. Smart, clean, efficient team, and quality work. They aren't always the cheapest, but you can bet the work will be done correctly. Roy and his apprentice did a great job! Thanks guys

Called with heat out to get an appointment the next day. The tech., Chris, arrived promptly at 8:00 am and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Good value and great service. Highly recommend.

I've used Reliable for HVAC and electrical work at two different properties. Recently purchased a second home and had electrical work done, as well as two furnaces and an AC unit replaced. A whole team of Reliable associates was at the house for a full day. Each one of them was professional, courteous, respected our time, and they cleaned up absolutely everything. I trust their recommendations and plan on using them again for some upcoming plumbing work. They definitely care about their customers.
