Replacing an air conditioner & furnace is never fun or inexpensive. We have replaced several over our 29 years of home ownership. Reliable Heating & Air did a great job. Their proposal was in depth & the price was fair. They arrived when they said they would.They had everything they needed to complete all the work. Dustin & Garrett worked efficiently and neatly. Cain and Anthony came over the same day that I called for an appointment. They installed a vanity with top and faucet, pvc piping under a bathroom sink, along with a new faucet in the kitchen. The faucet in the kitchen required lots of "extras" due to the older pipes and valves underneath the sink. These guys went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order!

We have 3 kids under 3 (a toddler and infant twins) and our air was NOT working! not good for for the kids since it is july! they got someone (a man named mr. ellery vigo) out within 48 hours and he was able to get it working efficiently within 2 hours! he was very professional and had no problem explaining what he was doing and why, and was upfront about the costs before he did anything! we are considering updating our system and have already booked an appointment for an estimate on that, because we wouldn't trust anyone el... read more

Since moving back to Atlanta last summer, we have used Reliable on several occasions for A/C and plumbing repairs. We have been very pleased with their work. Yesterday, they came out to perform routine A/C maintenance. Their technician, Lawrence Overstreet, was wonderful. He explained everything that he was doing and he also saved us money by explaining how the "Peace of Mind" plan works. We will definitely use Reliable for all of our HVAC & plumbing repairs & maintenance!

97 degree heat, I had no air. Reliable had me covered with a great system, great price, and FANTASTIC service. Beau Manley and assistant did a FANTASTIC job of getting me up to code and installing new units after my 28 year old unit died! I am now cool and owe it all to the great service of Reliable Htg and Air!
