I called Ted Burge upon the recommendation of a friend when I needed service on my furnace. He responded quickly and followed up. I elected to replace my complete system and was impressed with the professional work from Marty K and Matt S. They take pride in their work and went beyond what was required to complete the job. I wish more companies were like Reliable Heating and Air.

I have nothing but praise for Richard Dickerson who came out to diagnose my furnace problem recently. He was VERY honest,straight forward,understanding and kind. To me he was an angel in disguise. He won me over to Reliable for all my future HVAC needs. I commend him highly and want to let Reliable know he is an asset to the company and that people like him are hard to come by. I received quotes and researched multiple companies and brands before selecting Reliable to replace my old A/C. Tom was Terrific explaining my options and addressing everything important about replacing my basement unit. Randy installed my unit. He is second to none!!! Had a new furnace fitted today. Lee and Brandon did a great job. They called in advance to let us know they were on their way and were courteous and professional. They did a great job and were exceptionally clean and tidy.

Earlier this year, I signed up with Reliable Heating & Air for an annual maintenance service on my AC and heater. This past Friday, it was time for the heater inspection. I was really impressed with my technician, Conor Morris. He called when he was about 30 minutes away so I was ready for him. While he was checking out the heater, he explained what he was looking for and how the heater safety system worked. "KJ" called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was here to do our annual Fall service and was the best tech we have ever had from Reliable. He was thorough in the work he did and seemed to go the extra mile. He was both professional and a total gentleman! We will be sure to ask for him in the next time we need service!
