Poorest customer service and work product I've experienced in awhile. Reliable (HA!) took over a month to decide I needed to buy an entire new system and wouldn't honor the Trane warranty. Another company fixed my problem in 15 minutes with a new switch ... using the Trane Warranty!!

Had a great experience with Reliable in Woodstock when we were shopping for a new heat/air unit. Our sales person, Kyle, arrived right on time and was very informative. He knew what he was talking about, communicating it in a way I could understand. He laid out all our options and arranged our appointment in a very timely manner. We hired Reliable Heating & Air to install our HVAC/gas furnace systems and to plumb our house for LP gas. These folks are top notch. And we have gone through a few others over the last few years that leave a lot to be desired and frustrating. I thought my shower repair was going to cost thousands. I phoned Reliable because they had done such great work last summer installing my air conditioning. They immediately sent out the most expert plumber, Mr. John Frederick, to help. John Frederick was on time, polite, knowledgeable. I could not ever imagine a better man for the job. He had my shower running perfectly in just a few hours. He knew what he was doing and he did it. I totally recommend Reliable and I totally recommend Mr. John Frederick, the Best!!!!!

The entire team gave me excellent service. Starting with Lee who came out to consult on the best system to heat and cool my condo. I asked many questions and he patiently answered them all, even as I asked several of them over and over again. Jamal and Larry were very courteous and friendly when they came out to install the system. There were some challenges - small crawl space and doorway to backyard for compressor. With my first phone call and Ms. Tiffany answering; Tiffany provided great patience and understanding of my questions and concerns regarding the installation of a new water heater. Very satisfied, I thought the guys had a high level of attention for detail, they cared about the quality of work which I really appreciate. They were out by 4, we left shortly after and had a great couple of days in Disney.
