After receiving a quote from Casteel, we contacted Reliable and requested the same type quote from them for a replacement of our air conditioner. We received a quote within an hour that was better priced and with a better warranty. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and we set-up the install for 2 days later. Daniel provided a fast and friendly quote and Georgio provided fast and friendly installation. Very professional all the way around. I was impressed with how quickly the work was done and Georgio's attention to detail was excellent. He made sure everything was running smoothly, gave me a few efficiency tips and was on his way.

Every time we deal with them we have a good experience. They have come out on weekend emergencies and on standard service and have been well trained, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Reliable.

This the the third house that we have moved to where Reliable has replaced our old, energy-wasting system. Daniel was really helpful and explained the difference between all of our options. System was installed and working great several days later! No complaints!

I've dealt with Reliable a few times now and my conclusion is that they are probably as good as it gets for the Atlanta area. Here's why: First, their prices for new equipment is the lowest you'll find because they can get volume discounts for being so big. I shopped around and nobody else came close. I love dealing with competent local business. Reliable did a great job for us installing a new furnace and a/c unit. When I brought those to their attention, they remedied them immediately. Great follow up with us and they don't constantly overpromise/underdeliver. They did what they said they were going to do and a little extra. This is a good outfit.

Female Homeowners Reliable Heating & Air is the company you should choose. Besides the fact that it’s one stop shopping, (heating, air, plumbing and electrical) the service I received was outstanding. We needed to replace a 20+ year old A/C and furnace system. We obtained 4 estimates, and the pricing of the system we wanted, Reliable beat them all. And they all offered 10 year warranty on parts, but none would match the 10 year labor warranty Reliable offers. Kyle came out and did our estimate.
