I have had a little time to experience the cooling and now a little bit of the heat on the cool nights and mornings. I wanted to let you know how very much I am enjoying this unit. I find the thermostat very easy to learn to operate also. I also would like to comment on your employees who worked on this job. We were in the market to replace our heating and cooling systems. We scheduled 3 estimates and chose Reliable because out of the 3 they were the most “reliable” company. Chris - their sales person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t push to the most expansive equipment, but very patiently explained all our options. All of these people were extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Prior to contacting your company I had gotten three other estimates on an existing system that just was not doing what it should! Scott listened and offered several solutions. Jorge and Alexis (Wade) worked extremely hard to complete the work in the two days that had been promised. Really great guys and good representatives for your company! The young lady in customer service was extremely helpful and delightful to talk to.

I love the guys at Reliable Heating & Air. I just had a new Trane system and tankless water heater installed and it went just as planned. the crews got here on time and did exactly what Chris G, my sales guy promised. The plumbing crew really knew their stuff. Everyone cleaned up and showed respect for my home and belongings. I give them all an A+ but want to single our Rob, my crew leader. He explained everything in full to me and went that extra mile. He is the kind of person you want in your home. Great Job

Needed service done to our HVAC (the air was crazy strong in some rooms and not in others). From the woman scheduling the appointment to the gentleman that serviced our unit - we found Reliable to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly. This was my first experience with them - easy to see why they've been in business for so long. I would absolutely recommend Reliable to family and friends. In fact I already have.
