I called Reliable and two other major local companies for a quote on a new main HVAC unit. Jeff came out on time and spent plenty of time listening to my issues with the old unit and what I wanted out of a new unit. He gave me several options to choose from. We are lucky to meet Reliable salesman Mick Inzer. He's very professional English is our second language and sometimes is not easy understand what we want to say. We found good talk and understanding with Mick. We use two dehumidifiers in our basement. Mick proposed to install a new return for the basement. It definitely helps to reduce humidity. Dustin, Mike, Miller and Mike Kish arrived on time and spent the day installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were so professional and pleasant in every way. When they were done with the job every area in which they were working was left absolutely spotless. I appreciated that very much! Another thing that was so helpful was the time that Dustin took to instruct me in the “equipment!” He was patient (he had to be as I am mechanically challenged!) and, again just so pleasant and kind.

I was pleased with the promptness of how quickly the job was started after the initial call was made. The personnel installing my new furnace and a/c would be out the next day but I had to arrange to be out of work so the company worked with me. Everything works efficiently, quietly, and I have not had to call the technician back out to check anything. I would definitely recommend this company and its Trane products to all my family and friends.

Michael and Dexter were the lead guys in truck number one. They were assisted by Dustin and Gary in truck two. Everyone involved showed up ready to go and was focused on installing the system just as you designed it. Michael and Dexter not only did a fine install, they made sure it looked as good as it performs. We have had a maintenance contract for 3 systems for the past 12 years with Reliable Heating & Air. Their service people are highly professional in every way. In July 2011 the main level A/c died. Reliable made a recommendation for the XL15i system. We took their advice and included and replacement heating unit and variable speed motor. The system is excellent.
