Oh, to have air again! Brett K and Jeff C were right on time as they promised to replace our old unit. They were timely, honest and efficient. I have used reliable for electrical work as well and was very impressed. My experience with Reliable is that they are reliable and I will definitely use them again. Thank you Brett and Jeff - we are cool again!

Great service from beginning to finishEdit My Review » .From the moment we contacted this company we had excellent service. Our AC went out and was very old. It was determined that we needed a new furnace and AC unit. Scott, the Comfort Specialist came out quickly, listened to our needs and determined just what we needed for our home. Honest, Efficient, and Quick Plumber! Taylor and Victor were at my home today to help with a hot water heater problem. Another big company had already been out and said that I had no choice but to replace the H20 Heater. Taylor went through all my options up front and honestly. He fixed my problem without installing a new water heater! He could have come in and sold me that unneeded appliance, and given that the other company said I needed it, I would have done it. I was very please with the service experience from Reliable Heating and AC especially my technician Conor Morris. From the time he called me to let me know he was on his way to the time he left the premise, he was cordial and knowledgeable. He told me everything he was doing to my AC. Conor advised me what the pressure should be, what the capacity readings were and what they should be. I tried two nights ago to install a kitchen sink but failed miserably. I had changed out a toilet seat earlier that day lol - thought I was ready for sink installation! (We've now been without a kitchen sink for two days.) Apparently the two pieces I couldn't get to work required a special tool which I didn't have (nor did I know it existed!)
