Reliable just finished insulating the sprinkler lines in our 3 building condo association. They did a great job, from the initial bid process, where they impressed us with their speed and professionalism, to the final clean up. Their name says it all, we're very pleased we chose Reliable.

Just had my heating and air replaced by a crew from Reliable. Dustin, Garrett and Travis were polite, professional and did an outstanding job. They took extra time to explain the system, arrived on time and cleaned up after. Highly recommended.

VERY trustworthy and reliable. My technician actually caught a hazardous situation in the attic where our roof installers had left our exhaust unattached which could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Jason, the guy who did my inspection/quote was on time and super friendly. He also offered multiple solutions for some of the insulation issues I had to have tackled and even broke them down so I could decide which ones would have the biggest impact for my money! They're Georgia Power certified, so if you need work done that qualifies for GP rebates, I'd give Reliable a call.

For the past 26 years we have had Reliable do annual check-ups and they have replaced 3 furnaces. Reliable Heating and Air have employed the finest technicians and installers....most recently our installers, Jorge Ceron and Jesse Ceron replaced our upstairs furnace which quit at the same time the temperature plummeted to below twenty degrees. Joe and David were great, replaced the HVAC unit with Trane system. Took the time to explain what they were doing and then explained how to use the unit and controls. Excellent quality workmanship. Did the whole job in 6 hours! Cleaned up and removed the old units. Reliable is a fine company with professionals in their employ. (They even loaned us space heaters when our unit went out until the job was done.)

We recently had our outside A/C unit stolen due to a home break in. We called Reliable to get a second quote for the insurance company. Our salesperson Kevin C. came out and gave us a quote. He was very informative and straight to the point. The quote was significantly lower than the previous quote we received. When the technicians, Chuck K. and Russell D., came out to install the unit, they were just as great! They provided excellent service and we love our new unit! The technicians Sam and Jeremy were very professional. These guys did a excellent job with the installation of my new air conditioning system. They even took the time to show me how to operate and maintain it. When the guys left I felt that I had received a quality system and installation from a company that would stand behind it.
