It was a pre-aircondioning checkup or inspection, and as usual it was fine
Reliable has always been just that--reliable, for years. Great service for my 2 story, 2 unit house. Chris Emerson was the technician and was very professional. It had been raining and he even wore booties over his shoes so that he didn't track mud into the house and he reset the thermostat for me.
Joe was courteous and professional. He has serviced our heating and air conditioning needs before and we have been customers of Reliable for many years.

Joe came to do a very thorough inspection and found some parts that needed replacing. Chris came back about two days later to install them, We were notified when parts came in and made the second appointment. Both called ahead to let us know they were on the way. We were very satisfied and recommend Reliable.
Teddy Sneed is one of the sharper knives in your drawer. He recently (2/27/15) completed a repair job on my Maytag Dual-Fuel HVAC system by installing a redesigned collector box with a proper vacuum orifice to correct a manufacturer's design flaw. The flaw prevented the unit from operating at maximum efficiency, i.e., the unit couldn't maintain the desired set point on the indoor thermostat.
