Cleatus was our technician. Very nice demeanor. Introduced himself and I showed him the 2 furnaces he was going to check. After completing his tasks my wife and myself asked him about his family. He was polite and was interested in sharing about his family. He then spoke about the different payment plans and following that he presented the bill and received a check. He was kind and friendly. Coils were leaking in unit & needed replaced. Parts backordered, so Reliable recharged the unit at a discount. It was blowing very cold air on the recharge. After Reliable replaced the coils, the unit would only blow cool air (not cold) and ran noticeably louder. Reliable came back and determined the compressor (that was working great before the repair) needed replaced. They argue that strain on the compressor from freezing in the past damaged it, although it showed no signs of damage before the service call. I contend that ... read more

If you need to have your AC and/or heating system cleaned and serviced call Reliable and ask for Cleatus! He came out to the house we are renting and worked all day to get old and tired units up and running. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Will ask for him every time!
Great service! I had Teddy come out to troubleshoot the install of a new generator for my house. He was fast, really friendly, no bull and didn't try to hit me with some service that I didn't need. One really important thing (in my opinion), he called yesterday to confirm that he was coming out this morning. Then, early this morning, he called to let me know that the job prior to mine was taking a little longer than expected and he'd be out around noon. He was here around noon! Reliable (Jack S.) did a great job for us. We had a new Mitsubishi unit installed on our top floor due to it being so hot this summer. The workers did a great job and were very efficient. The unit works great and everyone is much happier and more comfortable.
Your Serviceman was on time, informed of the work to be done, efficient and thorough. He recommended further service to be done but was not pushy. I will ask for him again in the future
