I made a Hail Mary call close to 4 p.m. on a Friday because my A/C had stopped cooling and it was high 90's outside. Teddy was at my house within about an hour and had my A/C back up and running in short order. Everyone I dealt with at Reliable was very friendly and professional
Dan, from Reliable Heating & Air, came to our house two times over the weekend to get our air conditioning unit back in operation. It was a balmy 94 degrees outside, so his determination, knowledge, and professionalism was greatly appreciatied..not to mention he is a really nice guy! Thank you, Dan and Reliable!
Many thanks to Reliable Heating & Air for the "Team" response to my recent air conditioner failure. With Tye's diligents, trouble-shooting and repair skills the unit was up and running a few days after parts were ordered and received. With the temperatures in the 80's and 90's the cool air was very welcomed leaving only brief memories of the past few days.
I have always been pleased with the service that they provide. They always call and show up when they say that they will.
Chris and the whole Reliable team have always treated us well. Chris took the time to explain to me things I could be doing to make my air conditioner more energy efficient and maximize our unit output. He was very kind, and I appreciate his level of service!
