Cameron called ahead, arrived on time, was very professional and efficient.
The Reliable team is always on time and professional. Joe our Service Tech did a great job and was very courteous. He made sure not to track in mud while he worked and was prompt in meeting our scheduled maintenance time.

Dan was very polite and responsive. We are not sure the problem has actual been fixed, but it is not currently recurring. It happened twice over a two day period, but it has not happened again. We have to wait to see if it happens again. If so, I will try to trouble shoot the problem by observing the "red light" message occurring on the heating unit and report it to Reliable.
Cameron is one of the best service techs I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with; from Any company. I had a twenty-two year old unit that we began referring to as "Frankenstein" because by the time I replaced it there were very few original parts left. I have now replaced it with a new Carrier unit and while I was well aware of Reliable's stellar reputation, Cameron was was a big factor in my decision to buy from them. I would recommend him, and Reliable, to anyone needing HVAC services.
While having our routine maintenance service done I was pleasantly surprised at the conduct of both of the techs. I wasn't sure which opening in the ceiling tile led to the attic but they searched and finally figured the best route. Not only did they show me so I would know in the future but they vacuumed up all the particles from the ceiling that had fallen all over the carpet. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff!
Cameron was great. He had the heater working within 24 hours after he first analyzed the problem. He presented a variety of options so we could make an informed decision.
Response time was fast and technician is always professional and pleasant to work with. Thanks!
