Reliable's weekend/emergency service, and regular service personnel are great. Timely response, knowledgeable, and quick diagnosis and repair. They also do a nice job explaining the problem, if any, and how it effects the system. Richie and Teddy, thank you.
I have enjoyed excellant service from this Reliable Heating and Air for the past 5 years. This week the AC did not cool right. The service person, Richie came out after hours and located the problem. He was professional and very helpful. He let my child watch. He answered her question with respect and information. I am very happy with this company and Ritchie. Great Job!!

Once again Reliable H & AC provides prompt and courteous service at a reasonable charge. The appointment was made quickly for only two days later. The Tech, Teddy S. called to let me know when to expect him and arrived within that period of time. Teddy was efficient in his inspection, testing and cleaning of the system. Overall I am pleaseed with the service of Reliable. We were fortunate that the weather was no hotter as we had to wait 3 days for the return visit to ge the air conditioning working; it was frozen up on the first visit.
