great experience with reliable. Cameron came all the way from Georgia late on a weeknight and had us up and running in an hour. I would recommend Reliable to anyone, they have earned their name in my opinion.

I own a rental home in Chattanooga, TN and received a call from my renter at approximately 6:00PM on a Saturday evening stating that the stir conditioning was nor cooling the house properly. Leave it to me to have my heat pump die on a Friday afternoon. I called Reliable at 1811 & told Tory my heat pump had quit. Dan Robinson called around 1900 to tell me he had others ahead of me but he'd be enroute. He got here around 2200 and in a short amount of time he had diagnosed the problem and replaced a dual run capacitor. I was impressed with the late night service. This is nothing new since I expect the best from Reliable.
Tye did a great job. He arrived quickly and got right to work figuring out the issue. He was more than willing to answer my questions. He had my system up and going after replacing a capacitor and fan motor. I thought price of work was reasonable. I will use Reliable again for my future Heating and air issues. Thanks again Tye.
