I ordered **** knives, they were delayed 3 different times. The knives cost over $2500. They went on sale before I even got them and was almost $500.00 less. Called to get the difference refunded to be told I would have to reorder the exact same set and cancel the order I have been waiting for over a month now to get the difference in price. **************** is good. However, INCREDIBLY slow on delivery of purchasing. Horrible way to do business.
I have been a Williams Sonoma customer for many years, and suddenly, their customer service has gone down the drain. I was sent a defective item and they won't take it back, and they even moderated my review about the product on their website. **************** doesn't email me back, and I think they're purposefully sending me texts and emails with the same item, telling me to buy another one. I will not purchase anything from them again, and I am going to cut up the credit card.
Contacted customer service because I was charged a $10 surcharge on top of the original surcharge for the order. The invoice did not include this. Horrible customer service. Bad business practice to charge customers an amount over the agreed upon invoice amount.
HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a bed from West Elm in January. They delivered it in April. It was damaged & assembled incorrectly. When I told the delivery men, they refused to take it back. They took photos, and said someone would call me back. They did not.I had to order a new bed. It was supposed to be delivered in May. Then June. This review is against Pottery Barn. We purchased a bedroom suit from the Pottery Barn website in February of 2023. The delivery was made in March. The delivery team scratched our floors, even while we protested that they should be using moving pads. This was also requested when the delivery appointment was made.The furniture that was delivered had a noxious odor which cause us to have to sleep elsewhere in our home. Much of my home furniture is from Pottery Barn. So I was excited when I received a $500 ** for my baby shower to Pottery Barn. I first shopped at PB Teen to get the mirror I was eyeing, where the free shipping wasnt honored for their 4th of July sale and my $300 mirror turned into $400. I ordered a set of chairs they have in two colors. You literally order by clicking the color you want and then adding to cart. They don't ship to ****** so I had to use a freight forwarder to get it here-- over $500.The wrong colors arrived today. Worst customer service I have ever received! I ordered a gift card for a wedding gift to be sent to the bride. It is now a month later--wedding over and done! After FOUR calls to customer service, each time I was told the card was out for delivery that day. To date the card has still not been delivered. I placed an order with Pottery Barn for in-stock outdoor furniture in August of last year. After numerous failed delivery attempts cancelled unilaterally by PB without notice, several attempts to deliver incorrect pieces (I stayed home several days only to find they were trying to give me a piece of the sofa I already had), and delivery to an incorrect address, we are here a year later with two out of three pieces of a sectional and a matching chair.
