I ordered a dining table from Pottery Barn in November and it arrived on January 7, 2023. I purchased about $3000 worth of furniture from Pottery Barn and one week after the furniture arrived, the furniture went on sale. However, Pottery Barn won't honor a sale price adjustment as they have done for over 15 years. I've asked to talk to a manager, but no one has returned my call in 6 days. I ordered a complete bedroom of furniture ($6800+) including a bedside dorm trunk with brass trim and vegan leather for $424. Two weeks later, I get an email saying they will refund me the money b/c the item wasn't available, then telling me to make an alternative selection. Their website shows the same trunk with a now updated price of $575. I have screen shots and an email showing exactly what I ordered. We ordered a couch a few month ago. It arrived, but half of the couch was broken. They placed a replacement order for us. The replacement arrived, broken. We asked for a full refund and it was approved. However, the money never showed up. if this is not illegal, I don't know what is. Anyone wanna start a class action lawsuit? Happy to provide evidence. I ordered a custom chair and ottoman from West Elm in the upper east side of *** the second week of March. I was told the latest it would get to me would be April 11. April 11 comes and goes and I FINALLY get delivery confirmation to schedule for April 29th. Ordered a desk on January 16th. Website said the latest it would be delivered was Feb 5th. As of April 25 I still have not recieved the desk that I PAID for already. They have had my money for 3 months but I do not have the product. Some may say at this point that I was robbed and this is a scam. I have called customer service several times. Beware of ordering anything to be shipped! I ordered a mirror on closeout in early February. It was in stock, but they still gave me an estimated delivery date 4-6 weeks away. Fine. Two days before the last date listed for arrival, it still hadn't shipped. After almost an hour with customer service, they basically said "don't worry, the estimate is still accurate."
