I received an email for my first West Elm (a ******* Sonoma company) order with the delivery dates, but then the delivery of some items got updated, creating months of delay.Next, for one set of chairs we had ordered, after 4 months of waiting, we received the notification that the fabric was not available anymore. Did West Elm check for inventory and know they promised to deliver that fabric? Ordered Daybed from West Elm (that included a mattress cover) in March 2023.Delivery went wrong. Paid for assembly. Daybed was left unassembled and missing the mattress slipcover. Took effort to receive delivery refund and I STILL do not have a slipcover. Paid someone to assemble.Many calls, many hours wasted talking to many polite customer service representatives and jumping through every hoop they put me through has not resulted in me getting a mattress slipcover.ONLY resolution has resulted in them placing a "replacement"... read more

I ordered a dresser and 2 nightstands. They arrived damaged the day of delivery in May. The promised they would fix them. The sent a furniture medic and then began ghosting me. I have called multiple times and emailed. West Elm (******* Sonoma *** lacks accountability. DO NOT PURCHASE ANTHING FROM THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT. This has been going on for 2.5 months at this point. I understand things happen but they have failed to make this right! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

***************** with Bookcase *************** Dutch White, 140" Wide I will not use Pottery Barn again for the following 3 reasons: 1. 5-month wait time to get a desk 2. 2X the bridge of the desk was broken causing me to wait additional time 3. 2X Missing my daughter's swim lessons to wait for a broken desk to be delivered When you purchase something that includes white glove delivery service and it costs $5,500+ you expect it to be in mint condition. Williams Sonoma used to be amazing. I received a completely incorrect order and spoke to two extraordinarily rude, abrasive, and callous customer service agents about recieveing the correct one. Since I will be out of town for a month, I told them it would not be possible to return it within 30 days of delivery and they told me they would have to charge me. This company makes customers pay for their employees' mistakes. Service has gone very much downhill. Disappointed.

I purchased the ******* ****** ******** with Nailheads. It took a year to receive it. When they delivered it, it was defective. I had to wait another year for the chair. Within a year after that, the foot elevation piece broke. When I call Pottery Barn to repair it, I was told that it was my problem because I had purchased it over a year ago. Really? $3000. for a chair that didn't last a year in my possession. And I am a tiny person, so my weight did not break it.

After being singled out due to my skin color, I'd like to express my experience in a more polite but concise manner. This morning, I went shopping with my mom to look at kitchenware for our family. A Williams Sonoma no stick cookie sheet after 6 months of light use followed by a good soap and water a sponge scrubbing after each use, is crusted everywhere with unremovable brown scum.
