Frozen croissants arrived spoiled, with no trace of dry ice on the bottom. Yes, I will get a refund, but what's the point of selling VERY EXPENSIVE FROZEN food when you can't package it right? My house now smells like rotten food, and WS doesn't offer compensation for that.

The West Elm location in Chelsea ******** is the worst run business I have ever encountered. Two years ago, we ordered a couch from them, and the ** gave us a delivery date. As the delivery date approached, West Elm sent an email pushing back our delivery time frame. The new delivery time frame approached, and West Elm pushed back our delivery time frame again. West Elm notified us that the fabric we picked was custom and they couldn't source it, but they wouldn't let us choose a new fabric to expedite our order even though ... read more
After purchasing multiple pieces of furniture I could not get them to look at one that must have been sent defective. They ignored all of my emails and calls even though I sent very clear pictures. I am leaving this review and filing a complaint. Do not waste your money with West Elm (or Williams Sonoma)
Pottery Barn is by far one of the worst companies to order from. It is tempting to order from them, as their product quality is good, but the distrust in their deliveries and poor customer support overshadow it all. They continuously delay orders without any care for customers, they hold parts of your order hostage for months because one item isnt in way past the delivery date and they already have some of the longest delivery times in the industry. I ordered furniture in July. It is now Sept. 14 and I have not received my furniture, it Is sitting in the Pottery Barn warehouse. This furniture was paid for and they have my $8,300. The reason I keep getting from them is I went over my credit limit, but they approved it! After waiting more than a year I finally got a delivery date for the display cabinet Id ordered. No one showed up with the delivery. When I called I was told the glass in the cabinet had been broken, but no one called to let me know. Two months later the cabinet was delivered, but one of the legs was cracked. I accepted the cabinet, but a replacement was ordered for me. The replacement cabinet was also damaged, so a 4th cabinet was ordered for me, but again it was damaged.
