I purchased the Drifted Ebony Dining Table for over $3,000, expecting at the least good quality. The finish started coming off within 6 months. I called within the year of receiving it, but NO satisfaction or help. My household has no children, no chemical cleaners and no wear and tear. Do not waste your money on ordering from Williams Sonoma and becoming another victim. There would be zero stars if possible.

I purchased flannel sheets from Pottery Barn Kids. The next day, the sheets were on sale for $18 less than I paid. I called customer service and asked for a refund for the $18 amount I was told I could only get 10% refund, which did not seem correct to me. So, after multiple moments (6-8) on hold with customer service, they told me they would refund my $18 in an e-commerce merchandise card which is not what I wanted. 8+ hours on the phone with customer service reps since August. 10+ reps and supervisors I spoke to and still dont have my refund. Everyone works from home. Impossible to speak with a supervisor. *** been promised over and over I would receive a check for my merchandise after a glitch in their system repeatedly denied my return. Still zero resolution and they have $102 of mine. Worst company imaginable!!! Ive never been so frustrated with a company in my life.

Just an awful experience. We placed an order at the Pottery Barn in ***************, *********, ** months ago for 2 identical chairs. After waiting weeks we finally got contacted to schedule delivery. Low and behold it was only 1 chair. Apparently they had canceled our order and replaced it but only ordered 1 chair not 2. Now we have family coming for Thanksgiving and were assured the other chair would arrive before then. We just recently were told delivery had been delayed again until mid-December. Purchased a couch and loveseat from pottery barn almost 2 years ago. The items took over 4 months to be delivered, however the couch arrived with a broken foot and the loveseat was crooked so both items had to be returned and remade. The delivery team left multiple nails from the broken couch and loveseat on the front porch and driveway resulting in a flat tire. I ordered an espresso machine when it was on sale at WS. They sent an email to me to verify my order confirmation but I did not open it until in ********************************************************************* and just said: you didn't call me back I so I cancelled your order. I took Amazon as an example saying Amazon never needs to verify that piece of order info. I placed an order for a grill on Sept 20, 2023. The original delivery date was Oct 6, 2023. That date was pushed out to Oct 18, 2023. The delivery was scheduled to be delivered from the ************* hub on Oct 24, 2023. I was called on Oct 24, 2023 and was told the delivery would have to pushed to the next day, Oct 25, 2023, because the team needed to assemble the grill was not available on Oct 24, 2023. West Elm has to do better, customer service is terrible! The representatives do nothing to resolve your issue. They tell you anything to get you off the phone. I ordered a sofa and two ottomans, totaling ****+. The sofa arrived on time, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The ottomans arrived later that evening via **** They were the wrong color. I had been a loyal customer for many years, but recently their customer service has been atrocious at best! Bought a Hestan pan for our daughters birthday back in August. Fast forward to the end of October, and It still has not been delivered. I recieved a bunch of excuses and apologies, but NO satisfaction on getting the product delivered.
