I ordered a bed frame from west elm including white glove delivery. Spent over $4,000 at Pottery Barn Kids. Have a ripped recliner and customer service is non-existent even after 4-5 phone calls, live chat, contacted through ********* contacted through the design services, called the store, etc. Asked a customer service rep to connect me to a supervisor and was told "we don't have those". This company is horrible! Their customer service representatives are by far the absolute worst human beings that I have ever spoken to in my 45 years of life. Especially ****** and *****. These people should not be allowed to speak to actual customers. They are rude, dishonest, arrogant, and actually sit and argue with a customer on the phone for absolutely no reason, except for their own psychological benefit. The company itself is garbage and their products are garbage. Never ever buying anything from them again!
Do not buy from West Elm which is a company with Williams Sonoma. I returned a leather chair and ottoman on May 16th through their 3rd party company Fidelitone. They have been holding my refund of $2350 since. I have repeatedly called. I am always given some sort of resolution or a plan of action and it never happens. Absolutely terrible. Sent us wrong item, then when we returned it, charged us THIRTY dollars as a "restock" fee. If I had known there was a restock fee of half the value, I would've tried to sell the item on ******** marketplace or something
Placed a order for chairs 10/31/22. Original delivery November 2022. West elm kept pushing delivery all the way to May 2023. We opened a Business 2 Business account And reordered 4/2/23. All along saying shipping 7/9/23. All the sudden the date changed to deliver 10/24/23. When calling I was told several different stories. I ordered my daughters bedroom set in **** its July and I still have no furniture. The delivery has come TWICE. It was either broken or had parts of the bedroom furniture missing. The customer service is awful. **** a customer service rep hung up the phone on me after I asked to speak with someone else who had more empathy for my situation. I paid over $5000.00 and I still have no furniture. At this point I am hurt and helpless.
I am so disappointed to find this is a company that deceives it's customers by selling a product advertised to perform a function that it does not! I purchased an extra long drapery rod for draperies to cover a triple sliding glass door unit. I also purchased the ** ring" brackets that Pottery Barn advertises will slide past the center brackets in order for the draperies to open and close. They do NOT!
