Stephanie H. made what I thought to be a stressful and long journey for my first home search into a beautiful, smooth and glorious experience for my children and me. I have worked with Steve before so there was no subsititue when it came time to sell my house. I was nervous having to remodel and sell from another state , He helped with recommendations on what to do to get it back on the market . About 2 weeks later I received an offer on my house and the legal team provided electronic documents that enabled me go through the closing process without having to fly into town. Very responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. She set up an automatic search which sends us emails when new properties are listed in our designated search areas. When we get one which interests us we contact her and she immediately gets the information we ask for and shows us the property. If we decide to make an offer she creates the purchase contract within one hour of our discussion.
