In the beginning, beginning meaning, at the start of the home sale process we contacted Redefy. The response time was amazing and Steve showed up the following Saturday. We put the house on the market based on neighborhood "market value"(which in hindsight was way too high in both his opinion and ours). We have worked with Steve on the purchase of two homes now and in the process of selling one. He is hands down the only agent I would call or even consider calling. Steve was absolutely amazing in helping us not only buy a new house but also dealing with renting out our previous house. With my husband and I being Active duty military and expecting our first child, Steve worked around our busy schedules and made the home buying and renting process incredibly easy and manageable. He's very out going and even after selling us our home, he continues to check in with us and make sure everything is going well. Very professional, very helpful and all around fantastic Realtor/Property Manager.
Very painful and elongated process to try and get with this agent about the showing, yet alone trying to process any deal for the property. Agent then goes behind my back to sign a deal with another client after i told him i'd sign. I know 10 different agents that would take care of someone 10 times better than what Steve pulled on me.
Stephanie was the best! She walked me through the entire process of selling my house and buying a new one, from start to finish, almost painlessly. I was totally satisfied.
Stephanie made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze. We sold our home of 20 years in preparation for retiring to a different location and we were on a tight timeline. Stephanie was very responsive and available throughout the entire process. Hands down she is the best real estate professional we have ever worked with!!! She even stayed at our home when we were expecting the movers to come so we could go to our closing. We have referred her to everyone we know.

Had excellent experience. Dianne was very responsive and had answer for most of my questions. Doug was very helpful and assisted greatly through negotiation phase. Steven O’Brien was great and was always available when needed, went extra with all the help needed. Overall great working with the team.
