From our initial meeting until the final closing, Stephanie has done a superb job selling our house! Her photographer took wonderful pictures inside and outside. The house went on the market at noon, and we had two showings that afternoon with two over-asking price offers. She stayed on top of the counter-offers and gave us good advice as to what to consider. It was a very painless experience. I have recommended her to others buying/selling their homes.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was looking for outside of 4 walls and a roof. Stephanie was able to help me figure out what worked best for me. She is very professional and never stops making sure that you are fully aware of what's happening the entire time. Stephanie will do her best to make sure you get the best deal possible. Steven makes the whole process simple. He is always available and is fantastic at explaining how various things work (in everyday terms) or providing the necessary information to make decisions. He has a good handle on the market and stays on top of all the details to keep the ball rolling. Sold my most recent home in less than a week.

Very attentive and knowledgeable. Sold my home in Chesapeake, VA and stayed in Florida the whole time. Excellent realtor. He had previously sold my daughter a home in 2005 when she was in the Navy. We are both happy with his performance. Has excellent cleaning service, handyman and Title Company available for your use.
