She was very knowledgable and walked us through everything. She was very professional, respectful, and treated us with the utmost respect. I apologize this took me so long to write a review. Time flew once I moved in and was very busy. But I can’t pass the opportunity to write a review about Ryan. I couldn’t have had a better realtor. He was there every time I needed him. If you had any questions or concerns he got back with you right away. He really cared about what I wanted and fought to get me the best deal when negotiating. Steve had to overcome some unusual obstacles in handling our condo purchase. For example the air conditioner needed to be relocated prior to finalizing the deal. There were also challenges with buyers located in another country.!Throughout everything Steve was patient but diligent in getting everything accomplished. He’s a great person and I would totally recommend Steve without hesitation!!!

Very good realtor. Always kept me up to date at every step of the process, helped me find a great home that I'm looking forward to moving into and made the whole process much easier than I remembered from the first time around (this is my second home purchase). Highly recommended.
