Doug Wolfe is an amazing Realtor! He was a knowledgeable professional who patiently guided us through the recent sale of our home. He and his company, Redefy Realty, saved us over $15,000 in commissions by offering their flat rate fee from a full-service company. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to inquires. She walked us through every step of the process and was a great advocate for us selling our home. Stephanie was very thorough and although we were not her only listing, we never waited on a response. Stephanie recommended a few trustworthy contactors who quickly preformed repairs on our home and the new owner was pleased with the results.

Steve has been fabulous through this whole process. He gave us wonderful guidance in navigating major decisions on the selling of our condo. His vast knowledge base advised us in the right direction in getting our condo ready to put on the market; and because of it made it sell fast. I couldn’t have gotten through this purchase without Steve! He was professional and thorough, listened to my list of what I needed in a home but also challenged me to think beyond those needs to broaden the search. He had a keen eye for challenges but always followed up with “but this is how we are going to handle it”. Stephanie sold our previous home several years ago. When we decided to sell our present home, we went right back to Stephanie and are glad we did. She is very knowledgeable about the Hampton Roads market. She was highly available throughout the process and provided consistent feedback on the sale. As if that isn't enough, Redefy's flat fee approach saved us $8,000 going into the sale over other agents. Five stars aren't enough!
