In the beginning, beginning meaning, at the start of the home sale process we contacted Redefy. The response time was amazing and Steve showed up the following Saturday. We put the house on the market based on neighborhood "market value"(which in hindsight was way too high in both his opinion and ours). Steve has helped me and my family with numerous transactions throughout the years. Steve went above and beyond my expectations, even offered to help clear the house out. I had a few issues that needed repair work and each time Steve had the connections and numbers for me to call and utilize. We were constantly I. Touch and he kept me updated throughout the whole process, if I ever need a realtor again, Steve is who I would go to and recommended!
Doug provided us with top notch advice and service in helping us sell our home. We saved a TON of money by using Doug and paying a flat rate. Other realtors will charge you a 3% commission for doing the same job. Don’t let the flat rate fool you into thinking you are missing out on something because you definitely are not! Highly recommend!! Steve was constantly on top for the process, even when it wasn’t his part to do. He remained in contact with the mortgage broker and law offices to ensure our closing date happened as scheduled. When looking for a home, Steve knew every neighborhood like he’d been living there for years himself.
